Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Orders will be processed in the order received. Orders  will be ship within 1 to 3 business days. We ship with US Postal Service (USPS). We will use flat rate shipping. Always use the correct address for shipping.  If the  wrong address is giving you will have to pay for shipping again. We are not responsible for US postal shipping issues. Please contact them if you any  have issues with the shipping process.

Incorrect Addresses: 

You have 30 minutes from the time of order to contact and correct a wrong address. Please double check your address when placing an order. Always double check your address before submitting  an order. Please contact us through sales@privacyplayroom or 412-295-6764. 

 

Tracking Order: 

Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If email hasn’t been receive please check spam folder just incase it filtered in that the junk/spam folder first. Then please contact us at sales@privacyplayroom.com. 

Order not delivered:

Please contact us and then USPS within 24 hours. We are not responsible for lost or stolen package. If you are worried that your package may be stolen. Please send it to a place that is safe to receive a package or a place where someone will  be home to receive it. You can also contact USPS and pick up your package at your local post office.
