Refund policy

We have a no return policy.  Which means you cannot return any product due to unsanitary conditions. Once product is shipped the product becomes your responsibility. Well will not accept returns. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If item is damaged in shipping please contact us and USPS within 24 hours. 

 

Cancellations
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at sales@privacyplayroom.com.  Within 1 of ordering product. Please email us with the following information Name, address, order number and the email used to make the order. 


Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Exception to the refund  policy Refunds will one be given if order is canceled with in 1 hour after order placed. After that ALL SALES ARE FINAL
